A final guarantee of the attendance of any catering function must be received 72 hours prior to the function. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the client will be charged for the guaranteed amount.


A deposit of 1/3 the contract amount is due on signing. 1/2 the reaminder is due two weeks before the event, with all final menu selections. The remainder is due on completion unless other credit arrangements have been made.


This booking will remain tentative, subject to cancellation, until contract is signed and deposit is received.


If function must be canceled, a refund will be given unless the party is at peak season or notification of cancellation is less than thirty days prior to function.


All contracts are subject to gratuity and/or service charge, as well as applicable state and local taxes.


If alcohol is served, all those who drink must be at least 21 years of age and must have valid identification to verify such.
